Michael Doolan has been commissioned by Craft Victoria as part of the Craft Cubed festival as their inaugural Super Maker.Super Maker is a large-scale, public art commission created by an established craft practitioner. Michael Doolan will present Once Upon a Time, a large scale, inflatable sculpture suspended above the viewer in Federation Square’s Atrium. It will be Melbourne’s most ambitious public craft commission to date.
Supermaker: Michael Doolan, Once Upon a Time has been curated by Joe Pascoe. The installation will be on display in the Fed Square Atrium from 26 July until 25 August. It will be special so don't miss it!
